CRAFT Strategies

The CRAFT Compliance Boot Camp was created to help independent cannabis and hemp retailers quickly implement practical, real-world compliance systems that protect their business, staff, customers, and day-to-day operations. Designed specifically for small and mom-and-pop shops, this hands-on program focuses on actionable implementation — not corporate theory or overwhelming complexity.

Prior to attending the live Boot Camp, all participants are required to complete the online CRAFT THC Handler Certificate course. This prerequisite ensures every attendee arrives with a foundational understanding of responsible retail operations, compliance expectations, product safety, and workforce accountability standards.

Upon enrollment, participants receive immediate access to:

• The CRAFT Compliance Framework Binder
• Operational compliance templates and resources
• The CRAFT Risk & Audit Tool
• THC Handler Certificate training
• One month of access to the CRAFT Circle community

During the live seminar, the CRAFT team will walk participants through the structure and practical implementation of the Compliance Framework Binder, helping retailers organize and streamline their operational systems in a way that is manageable, defensible, and inspection-ready.

The Boot Camp also includes guided use of the CRAFT Risk & Audit Tool, allowing businesses to begin identifying operational gaps, compliance vulnerabilities, documentation weaknesses, and areas requiring corrective action before problems arise.
