CRAFT Strategies – Terms of Use

Date Last Modified: March 29, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) are a binding contract between CRAFT Strategies, LLC (“CRAFT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity that creates an account, purchases, enrolls in, accesses, or uses any course, membership, certification, community, digital download, consulting service, compliance assessment, verification program, audit engagement, product review, or related service offered through our learning management system, website, or associated platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

If you accept on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

Important Notices

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use the Services.
  • CRAFT provides education, operational guidance, consulting, and compliance support only. CRAFT is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
  • Participation in CRAFT programs, certifications, assessments, or verification services does not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance and does not constitute government approval, accreditation, licensure, or authorization.
  • Subscription and membership services may renew automatically if you opt in.
  • This Agreement contains a class-action waiver, venue provision, and limitation of liability.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 21 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to access or use the Services. By enrolling in or accessing any CRAFT course, certification, consulting service, or membership, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. License & Access Window

Subject to this Agreement and full payment, CRAFT grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access the specific Services you purchased for your own personal or internal business use.

Each course, certification, or membership will show its access period on the checkout page, proposal, invoice, or in your dashboard.

3. Scope of Services

CRAFT may provide, depending on the offering purchased:

  • educational courses and certifications
  • standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and compliance tools
  • consulting and advisory services
  • operational implementation guidance
  • on-site support or walkthroughs
  • third-party compliance assessments and documentation reviews
  • product review or verification programs
  • membership access to evolving frameworks and compliance resources

All Services are provided as education, guidance, structured support, and independent evaluation based on available information, industry standards, and publicly available regulatory materials.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to copy, scrape, redistribute, record, share access to, resell, reverse engineer, misuse, or publicly distribute any portion of the Services except where expressly permitted by CRAFT in writing.

You also agree not to misuse any CRAFT badge, certification mark, verification status, or brand element.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content in the Services—including text, video, audio, images, question banks, templates, checklists, SOPs, audit frameworks, badges, documentation systems, and “CRAFT Certified” and/or “CRAFT Verified” marks—is owned by CRAFT or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You receive a limited license to use these materials, not ownership of them. Use is limited to your own internal business purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Academic Integrity, Certifications & Verification

You must complete coursework honestly. Cheating, sharing answers, misrepresenting completion, or using unauthorized aids may result in removal from the course, denial or revocation of certificate status, suspension, or termination without refund.

CRAFT certifications, badges, designations, assessments, and verification statuses:

  • reflect participation, completion, evaluation, or alignment with CRAFT standards at a given point in time
  • do not constitute licensing, accreditation, regulatory clearance, or government approval
  • may be suspended or revoked for misuse, misrepresentation, non-alignment, or nonpayment

7. Education Only; No Legal Advice; No Guarantee of Compliance

CRAFT Services are educational and operational support resources only. They are not legal advice, regulatory representation, or a substitute for counsel, government inspection, laboratory analysis, or independent compliance review.

Participation in any CRAFT course, membership, consulting service, audit, assessment, product review, certification, or verification program does not guarantee:

  • compliance with federal, state, or local laws
  • protection from enforcement actions
  • approval by any governmental authority
  • uninterrupted business operations or business success

All recommendations, findings, assessments, and reviews reflect CRAFT’s independent perspective based on the information made available at the time of review.

You remain solely responsible for your own compliance, operations, sourcing, product handling, manufacturing, labeling, staffing, sales practices, and implementation of any recommendations.

8. Consulting, Audit & Assessment Limitations

Where CRAFT provides consulting, documentation review, on-site support, product evaluation, operational assessment, or compliance audit-style services, you acknowledge that such services:

  • are limited to the information and access made available at the time of review
  • are not exhaustive regulatory inspections
  • may not identify every deficiency, risk, or violation
  • do not replace legal review, government inspection, or laboratory testing
  • are subject to evolving law, regulatory interpretation, and enforcement discretion

9. Regulatory Adaptation & Ongoing Support

The hemp, cannabinoid, cannabis, and related regulatory environment is dynamic and subject to change.

CRAFT may update its courses, frameworks, tools, and guidance to address evolving regulatory developments, including changes in cannabinoid classifications, thresholds, testing expectations, labeling requirements, manufacturing rules, inspection trends, and emerging product categories.

Where a membership or service includes continuing support, such support consists of access to updated educational or compliance resources as determined by CRAFT. Nothing in this Agreement obligates CRAFT to provide unlimited individualized legal, consulting, or emergency-response services unless separately agreed in writing.

10. Teams, Enterprise & Seat Transfers

If your organization purchases multiple seats, each seat is for one named learner unless otherwise stated in a signed enterprise agreement. Seat transfers may be allowed before a learner begins a course; after course start, the seat may be locked to that learner.

11. Platform & Third-Party Services

CRAFT may use Thinkific, Wix, payment processors, webinar software, or other third-party providers to deliver the Services. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

CRAFT is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, data loss, processing failures, or platform policy changes.

12. Availability; Updates; Changes

CRAFT may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Services at any time, including courses, assessments, memberships, downloadable resources, verification structures, or compliance frameworks.

13. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

Prices are shown at checkout, invoice, or proposal and may change prospectively. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases, taxes, subscriptions, renewals, and applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

14. Refunds, Cancellations & Renewals

Single-course enrollments, memberships, subscriptions, bundles, live events, consulting services, and enterprise services may each have different refund or cancellation rules as shown at checkout, proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.

If you purchase a subscription or membership with auto-renewal, you authorize recurring charges until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not retroactively refund paid periods unless required by law.

15. Privacy & Accessibility

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you need a reasonable accommodation, contact support before beginning an assessment.

16. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRAFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR REGULATORY USE.

CRAFT does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free performance, regulatory acceptance, or any specific business or legal outcome.

CRAFT’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CRAFT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CRAFT Strategies, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • your business operations
  • your products, sourcing, manufacturing, labeling, sales, or distribution practices
  • your regulatory status or compliance failures
  • your misuse or misrepresentation of CRAFT Services, certifications, badges, or materials
  • your violation of this Agreement

19. Dispute Resolution; Class-Action Waiver; Governing Law

You agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against CRAFT.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas, and governed by Texas law.

20. Suspension & Termination

CRAFT may suspend or terminate access for suspected violation of this Agreement, misuse of certification or verification status, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or other conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or brand.

21. Changes to These Terms

CRAFT may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
