1. Educational Purpose

All content available through CRAFT Academy—including courses, videos, text, graphics, templates, assessments, certificates, documents, branding, logos, educational frameworks, and other materials—is the intellectual property of CRAFT Strategies, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit CRAFT materials;
- share account access or course content with others;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- create derivative works based upon CRAFT educational materials; or

5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CRAFT Academy lawfully and respectfully.
You may not:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
- upload malicious software or harmful content;
- impersonate another individual or organization; or
- misuse community features, discussion forums, or other learner resources.
6. Certificates and Continuing Education
Certificates issued by CRAFT Academy recognize successful completion of educational requirements established by CRAFT.
Unless specifically stated, certificates do not constitute professional licensure, government approval, legal authorization, or regulatory certification.
Certain educational programs may be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect significant changes in regulations, scientific developments, industry standards, or educational best practices.
7. Suspension or Termination
CRAFT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise interferes with the operation or integrity of CRAFT Academy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific educational or business outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRAFT Strategies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of CRAFT Academy, its educational materials, or third-party services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of CRAFT Academy shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Updated versions will become effective upon posting and will include a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of CRAFT Academy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
